Need Inspiration?

Via Lee Goldberg, I've discovered a brilliant time-waster of a plot generator. Lots of fun to be had, and here's the next novel I'll be working on.

Wacky Wednesday

Science Fiction: An absent-minded scientist teams up with a well-built female cyborg to commit the perfect crime. In the process they betray a kind hearted prostitute. By the end of the movie they chase 4 washed up ex-SNL cast members and end up winning the admiration of their universe, living happily ever after.
Think Gone With the Wind meets Contact.

Now, if only I can figure out what an absent-minded scientist and a well-built female cyborg would consider the perfect crime and how it might involve a kind hearted prostitute.... My mind will spin on this for hours.

Don't Go There

Comedy: An antisocial loner teams up with an alcoholic ex-CIA agent to save the earth from aliens. In the process they play Russian roulette with a super intelligent chimpanzee. By the end of the movie they poison 43 ewoks and end up winning the admiration of their universe, living happily ever after.
Think Clerks meets The Shawshank Redemption.

It was actually a toss up between Shawshank and Contact, coincidentally, but I didn't want my movie's tag line to be unoriginal

Oh, the poor ewoks! And I'm very curious as to the outcome of the roulette with the chimp. Write this movie, Dave! It's your ticket to paying for med school!

Action: An absent-minded scientist teams up with a plug ugly dog to save the earth from aliens. In the process they accidentally kill four British men on welfare. By the end of the movie they blow up 437 planes and end up winning the admiration of their manager, living happily ever after.
Think Die Hard meets Lord of the Rings.

Hmmm...Die Hard meets Lord of the Rings.... "Yippee-ki-yay, Master Frodo!"

That would definitely be better than what they usually dub it with on TV.

I'll dub you.
